I personally bought this product to protect my health. I always feel better when I leave my phone outside my room to sleep but I like to have my alarm on my phone, so I usually sleep with it next to my head. I have read that those waves are bad for your brain... So, I now use this product to keep it next to me when I sleep, and I feel like it’s been a real help! I sleep much better!
